My most significant professional experience was at Synology, a leading provider of data management and storage solutions (NAS, cloud services, routers, etc.). The main objective was to drive market penetration and growth in France, a strategic yet relatively untapped market at the time.

Marketing & Communication: Strengthening Brand Awareness & Visibility

  • Public Relations & Influencer Marketing: Managed an external PR agency, wrote press releases and articles, and developed partnerships with tech influencers and industry media.

  • Digital Channel Management: Updated and optimized the website (product pages, case studies, promotional content), managed social media (LinkedIn, YouTube), and created targeted email marketing campaigns/newsletters.

Lead Generation & Event Marketing

HUMANITARIAN PROJECT MANAGER

I managed a professional humanitarian project in Senegal, leading a team of 11 people to raise funds, organize logistics, and ensure the successful delivery of school supplies. I coordinated closely with the Diambars “mirror” team in Marseille to plan a joint trip to Senegal, where we distributed supplies directly to a nursery, a rural school, and a football training center.

The project involved designing and executing fundraising initiatives in France, including a school association tournament with prizes for top contributors, raffles, crowdfunding campaigns and other initiatives. I was responsible for managing the team, maintaining accountability, and reporting on progress to ensure the impact was measurable and sustainable.

This experience strengthened my leadership, project management, and cross-cultural coordination skills while delivering tangible social benefits to the local communities.
